This webinar focuses on the key dimensions of family partnerships and the critical role that program managers play in creating program contexts that honor and support family-centered practices. In this session, we examine research on the importance of collaborative, supportive partnerships with families, identify key strategies for supporting strong relationships between staff and families, and highlight VLS tools and resources that program leaders can use to help facilitate respectful, responsive relationships between staff and families.
