Understanding Your Role in Active Supervision is a new Targeted Professional Development Module that emphasizes active supervision as a key approach to promoting a culture of safety within child and youth development programs. This module will also examine what active supervision looks like and highlights strategies for program professionals to implement in daily routines and activities.
